Deposit Policy

Reservations require a 50% payment with the balance due one month prior to your arrival.
Payment can be made by either check or money order.

Security Deposits

A Security deposit of $500 is required and will be returned 10 days after your departure less any additional charges that may be incurred for damages or excess cleaning. Proper notification will be given in the event of any additional charges that may arise upon your departure.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, payments will be refunded if the property can be rented to another party, otherwise payment in full will be due.
Owner will make every reasonable effort to seek a replacement rental
In any event, a $50 administrative fee will be retained for any cancellation.

• Above rates do not include a 7% Maine Lodging Tax.
• Rental Period Runs From Saturday to Saturday.
